It is wrong to say that India had invaded East Pakistan which is now Bangladesh. When the Atrocities and Crimes committed by the Pak Army had reached its nadir and people had started fleeing their mother land and had started to cross in to the territories of India;that the country had to move it’s armed forces to counter the brutalities of the Pak Army.In the process they ended up capturing 93000 PWs and liberating the then East Pakistan which came to be known as Bangladesh. Thus helping the local population of Bangladesh to become master of their own destinies. To call it invasion is Nonsense.
